Born in a mixed Iranian and English home, initially raised by his Iranian grandmother, who left Iran in the 1940s to help the wounded in London as a nurse after WWII, she subsequently delivered thousands of babies as a midwife in the NHS for 30 years.

James learnt first hand what it meant to be a victim of The Drawbridge. His Dad didn't just lose his job but as an effect of the TIDE+D saw his entire industry disappear within 6 years. His family lost their income and eventually their home. Unable to point to a reason for why he was struggling due to The Drawbridge my Dad blamed himself and his mental and emotional health disintegrated eventually leading to cancer.

After attending the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) James deferred his last year to study with his 'billionaire mentor' in real estate development before returning to LSE thanks to a promise he made to his grandmother completing his degree. Whilst at LSE James launched his first significant business and started the deep study of global esoteric wisdoms.

Why raise capital for other peoples' projects when you can raise for your own? James pivoted out of his financial brokerage but launched his own real estate platform instead building a development pipeline of over $115m in value and becoming one of the youngest ever Property Week Award Winners. He facilitated over $5,000,000 of social housing inc. contributions to libraries and apprenticeships by 28.

James' Dad passes from his cancer never recovering from The Drawbridge. His grandmother passes. He marries and has two kids. This period frames James' view of The Drawbridge. Why do two people in the same environment end up in two different places? Why are some broken and some rise? What is the mindset and knowledge my kids need to have? How do we cultivate this? Can more people benefit from this?
